On some level in my experience answering one helps answer the other.
The more I learn about myself the more clear my business is and how it’s different than any other.
We like to think one doesn’t influence the other but who we are, our strengths and weakness, likes and dislikes is what created the business in the first place.
Stay surface level and not knowing yourself leads to a boring business that in a line up gets lost with all the others.
On the other hand the more you know yourself the more honest you are the more authentic the business becomes.
Businesses today are no longer just a nice logo and a slogan.
They are a spitting image of ourselves.
If you can’t answer how your business is different there’s a good chance you havent spent enough time asking yourself how YOU are different enough.
