Stop creating. Start documenting.
The YouTube shift that made content way easier (and better)
Most people sit down to create YouTube content and immediately hit a wall.
What should I say?
What topic will get views?
Is this valuable enough?
I used to overthink everything. Trying to create from scratch every week felt like staring at a blank page with the pressure of making it “worth it.”
Then I heard this line from Gary Vee:
“Document. Don’t create.”
And it changed everything.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
-
Instead of filming a perfectly planned tutorial, I film myself doing the thing I’d normally do — sales calls, funnel mapping, client sessions.
-
Instead of crafting a story arc from thin air, I share the lesson I just learned from a failed launch or a win.
-
Instead of trying to impress, I try to connect — by showing the process, the mess, and the real-time growth.
And what happened?
People started watching longer.
DMs started coming in.
Clients started saying “I feel like I know you already.”
Because documenting is more relatable.
It builds trust faster.
And it’s 10x easier to stay consistent.
So if you’re struggling to show up consistently, here’s the fix:
Stop waiting for it to be perfect. Just hit record.
P.S. I teach how to turn documented content into aligned clients inside the High Ticket Enrollment System. Still $130 off. Grab it here before it goes back up.
