Now, let’s talk about the mindset shift that changed everything for me.
I stopped asking:
“How can I get this done?”
And I started asking:
“Who can help me do this better and faster than I can?”
That’s the core idea behind Who Not How by Dan Sullivan.
And once you really get it—you’ll never approach your to-do list the same way again.
Here’s the truth:
If you’re the visionary… and the operator… and the tech person… and the content creator… and the customer support…
You don’t own a business.
You own burnout.
But the second you ask “who,” things start to shift:
-
The landing page gets built
-
The follow-up emails get sent
-
The sales calls get booked
-
The ideas become actions
And you get to stay in your zone of genius—creating, selling, leading.
So here’s my challenge to you today:
Look at the thing you’ve been procrastinating on…
That thing you keep putting off…
Then stop asking how to get it done.
And start asking…
Who’s the person that could knock this out in half the time and twice the quality?
Ask that question enough, and you’ll move a lot faster.
Stay motivated, stay elevated,
Raylen
